You will be working as a Global Early Talent Program (GETP) – Finance Tracker and will be part of the Process Automation Business Area for the Process Industries Division based in Modderfontein, South Africa.
In this role, you will report to the local Bu controller and be responsible for learning by performing the tasks indicated to support ABB operations. Participate in the Global Trainee program (18-24 months).
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of the products.
Service within defined area, as directed.
Participate in up to four assignments in two/three countries to broaden the experience.
Intercultural skills in preparation to assume and fulfill future professional roles.
Comply with the requirements of assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
Participate in formal program training requirements (eg, Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
Recent graduate in:
Finance,
Business Administration,
Economic Sciences
Or related fields.
0 or less than 2 years of work experience.
Previous initial work experience in the finance function may be considered
Team spirit and global mindset, persistence, curiosity to learn and openness to new ideas, attention to detail and precision.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required
